IFTTT - Automate work and home App Reviews

Great app with great possibilities, would like more options to initiate thats...

I love when the automation works! It is amazing most of the time, but when first putting in recipes and setting things up, doesnt seem to work all the time consistently. Still, there are times certain automations dont execute. I still love where this is headed and cant wait to see more added and the consistency improve.

I think the title is high praise. One star off b/c unsure if app needs to run in the background for the recipe to run quickly. Experiencing response lags often...

Evernote, Todoist, and IFTTT. Keep track of your daily tasks and review the history of your accomplishments.

My favorite app but make phone unstable after running app and affect battery This problem after upgrade to ios 9.3

IFTTT is a simple way to automate everyday tasks. It works with many apps & example recipes from others make getting started easy. It has limits (which apps, one if --> one then, latency at times, etc.) but Im confident the community & maker will work through them as it matures.

Been using IFTTT for a while to get notified about new items for sale on Craigslist and eBay. Love the concept but the iPhone app is really clunky. It frequently is very slow to load and freezes on me, sometimes just crashing entirely. Im using an iPhone 6s so this is not a hardware issue. I also hate how hard it is to reuse common recipes like craigslist notifications. I dont want to search through your entire recipe list every time I want to add a new product to my craigslist notifications. It would also be nice to be able to give it a useful title from the start rather than having to go back and edit every time I create a new recipe.

Simple is good, but IFTTT is too simplistic. One cant, for instance, exclude tweets without links from a recipe.

Fairly simple to use - my only complaint is that it is hard to write a concise Twitter "thanks for following " notice. Not IFTTTs fault tho.

My recipes dont show up at all when offline, no excuses for that. I should be able to make recipes, edit existing ones, even enable and disable them.. All locally from my phone.

Hue light recipe no longer work. Unfortunate when it stops working when I leave home and my lights dont turn on anymore.

YOU CANNOT just shut off receipts! I have a scent warmer scheduled to turn on and off thru ifttt using wink shortcuts- IFTTT keep shutting off the "turn off" part so technically the scent warmer will then stay on- ive had a house fire i do not need another one- and this creates to much of a risk because of this FATAL FLAW- deleting the app as its become useless

Works okay with text, but does not transfer due dates or times, and theres not a lot of functionality from within the app. The app is required to be open and running in the background at all times in order for linking to occur. I have missed several reminders because the app had been closed or shutdown. In all fairness, it works pretty good for a free app.

Thank you for giving me the ability to automate so many things that werent possible before. iOS Reminders recipes still not 100%. Adding something to Alexa shopping list to add to iOS Reminders doesnt work if that item already exists and is marked completed in iOS Reminders.

Currently using a few receipts such as Amazon shopping list to iOS reminder and trigger to iMessenger text. Always looking for new receipts. Thanks for the great product, works every time without any issues.

This app can do so much! It connects to tons of other apps and is actually really use full. I just hope they continue to update it and add more apps.

And this app is the best way to quickly manage the IFTTT service.

This app. Does amazing things. Very useful.
